With the aim of gathering Vietnamese talents from all over the world who share the same ideals of a true Republic, in order to revitalize the country, and to protect the territory, life, security, and common interests of the Vietnamese people in the spirit of openness, peace, and cooperation;
Affirming that there needs to be a party with the determination to build and defend the true Republic, for those who share the Republican ideals can find their true way and work together;
That the party should encourage the broadest participation from all Vietnamese people in activities with Republican characteristics at all levels;
Therefore:
The first time in the history of Vietnam, the Republican Party of Vietnam (abbr. RPV) was established in Vietnam by members who aspire to build the true Republic, coming from various regions of the country.
